Art Flying Yoga Teacher Training is led by four main instructors and a variety of guest instructors from the community. Guest instructors will expose our trainees to different styles and approaches to teaching. Our program empowers new instructors to find their unique style.
Trainees will learn
- To sequence asanas in a fluid manner and unite breath with movement.
- Good safety practice.
- How to read bodies, physically and emotionally, as well as the energy of a group or individual.
- An interest in supporting students at all levels of experience.
- Adding and adapting yoga poses to aerial hammocks.
- The business side of running a yoga studio.
Applicants should complete the online application no later than one month before the training (Space is very limited; apply now to reserve your spot!) A $500 non refundable Deposit is due upon submission of application to guarantee your place. Late applications will be accepted if space is available.
